Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) Notice & Cancellation
Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your service agreement with Credit Right Services, LLC without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which the agreement is executed. Services are provided on a $0-upfront basis, and fees are assessed only after corresponding work milestones or audit cycles are completed.
Any dispute or claim related to your use of the Services, or to any products or services sold or distributed by the Company, will be resolved by binding arbitration.
By using any Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute.
